Harlem Avenue is a heavily-traveled Illinois DOT local highway. The project involved mapping planimetric features (manmade and natural) within the right-of-way, including street furniture, curbs and gutters, sidewalks, drives, striping, utility structures, and utility surface location (JULIE) markings.
