Description
The Hills is a master-planned single family residential community built upon a hillside. This project required an initial detailed surface model of the entire 2000-acre site and ongoing 40-ac models. Volume updates are required throughout the project lifecycle. As each development phase is completed, volumes are verified and next phases are adjusted as needed to ensure material balancing.
